Meditation
This universal world of meditation had started out really short, easily distracted. But now, after months of making dedicated time and practicing focus., it has brought such mindfull relaxation and peace. From starting out only being able to go 5 minutes I have reached 30-45 minutes.
The first sessions were guided, and then from there I began unguided soothing Reiki music. Now I work on quiet meditation, in attempt to slow my thoughts from being a jumbled up pile of 10,000 thoughts into just a few thoughts.
It definitely has brought peace in my life!
